# Cookies & Site Storage

A short explanation of the browser storage the site actually uses.

## What we use

The public site does not currently use general analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies. We use browser storage only when it is needed to provide a feature you requested or to keep the site secure.

- remember a language choice;
- keep a private Clarity session working;
- maintain a sign-in or payment session when you use one; and
- protect forms, sessions, and other site functions from abuse.

## Payments and other third-party features

If you open a payment or another third-party feature, that provider may use its own necessary storage to deliver the feature. Its privacy information applies to its own service.

## Why there is no cookie banner

There is currently nothing optional to accept or reject, so we do not show a consent banner or a privacy-settings control. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or similar storage later, we will ask for a choice first where the law requires it.

## Your browser controls

You can block or remove cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary storage can stop language preferences, private Clarity sessions, sign-in, payment, or security features from working correctly.
