# Accessibility Statement

How we approach accessibility and how to tell us when something gets in the way.

## Our approach

We design and test the ShanVic site toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of the way we build content and interfaces, and we continue to improve the site as we find problems.

## What we work on

That includes keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, text alternatives, readable contrast, and accessible forms and controls.

## Limits

Barriers can still exist, and third-party payment, security, embedded, or linked services may behave differently from ShanVic-controlled pages. If something stops you from completing a task, we want to know.
